Our motto tells it all! “We know Walton County like the back of our hand.” Walton County has been our home for over 50 years, and we consider this community an excellent place to live and work! Lee and I, co-owners of the company, have been married for thirty-three years and have three grown children. I have a long standing reputation with local investors and developers. I have developed a number of large tracts in Walton county into residential sites. I am experienced and knowledgeable of pricing and thus able to assist you in making wise choices with your land purchases.
Lee is a former educator in the public school system, and she has been selling real estate since 1996. She currently serves on the Walton County Planning and Zoning Board. This board has the responsibility of reviewing every development that is proposed in Walton County, from high density residential to commercial. She is constantly aware of changes coming to Waton County.
