Andy and I, co-owners of the company, have been married for thirty-three years and have three grown children. I am a former educator in the public school system, and I have been selling real estate since 1996. I currently serve on the Walton County Planning and Zoning Board. This board has the responsibility of reviewing every development that is proposed in Walton County, from high density residential to commercial. I am constantly aware of changes coming to Waton County.
Andy has a long standing reputation with local investors and developers. He has developed a number of large tracts in Walton county into residential sites. He is experienced and knowledgeable of pricing and thus able to assist you in making wise choices with your land purchases.
